Sometimes it feels like we’re in fast forward. As the day progresses it feels like we just started it even though we’re half a day in. In a sense hurrying becomes something that we get use to. It becomes the norm and we hurry, even when we don’t need to.
Let’s try slowing it down.
One minute is all it takes. Just take a breath and let it go.
Take a deeper breath and let more of it go.
Let it all go.
You’ll probably notice that the day seems to slow down.
As you continue to take slow deep breaths, you’ll notice that everything is manageable, clearer and even tranquil.
:::::::: Here are a few things to place into your day that will help maintain tranquility throughout the day::::::::
1) Give yourself some time to wake up before you leave the house in the morning so you can plan out your day.
2) Visualize how you want your day to go. What do you want to experience? What do you want to do? How do you want to feel?
3) As you go through the day remember to give yourself those few moments to Take it Slow…..Breathe….and Let it All Go….
4) At the end of the day take some time before you go to sleep to just relax a little bit and to reflect on the things you did during the day.
